1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use an investment service in your country. One person may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts, and referral codes used on your own accounts, are not permitted.
3. Investment Plans
Each plan states its investment range and total return before you commit. Profit accrues every hour across the 180-day term (4,320 hours) — the hourly amount is the total return divided by 4,320.
Your invested principal is held in the Locked Investment balance for a 180-day term, which continues after the profit has finished paying out.
4. Locked Principal
Your original investment moves into the Locked Investment balance for the full 180-day term and cannot be withdrawn or cancelled early. Only earned profit, referral commission, cashback and bonuses are withdrawable.
5. Deposits
Deposits are accepted in USDT (TRC20 or BEP20) and via Binance Pay. You must send funds to the address shown at the time of the request and submit the transaction hash and payment screenshot. Deposits are credited after verification.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payout. The requested amount is held from your available balance while under review. If a request is rejected, the held amount is returned to your available balance in full.
You may withdraw through USDT TRC20, USDT BEP20 or Binance Pay, and you may switch between them freely. Each method keeps its own payout address: it is saved the first time you use that method and locked from then on. Changing a saved address requires a support request.
One withdrawal request may be submitted every 24 hours.
Minimum withdrawal depends on the payout network: USDT TRC20 — $30, USDT BEP20 — $5, Binance Pay — $0.10.
7. Referral Commission
Commission is earned only when a referred user makes a successful investment — not on registration, login or deposit. Commission is credited to your Referral balance and may be withdrawn or reinvested.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Creating multiple or fake accounts
- Self-referral or manipulating the referral system
- Attempting to alter balances or bypass platform rules
- Providing false identity or payment information
Accounts found doing any of the above may be suspended and associated commissions removed.
9. Investment Risk
All investment carries risk. Returns described in a plan are the terms offered by this platform and are not a guarantee against loss. Invest only what you can afford to place at risk.
10. Account Suspension
We may suspend or restrict an account where we suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms.
11. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
